To celebrate the Spring Equinox in March, we will be hosting some gong and sound bath meditations at Blackheath Complementary Health Centre.
March is the month of Mother’s Day, and one of our gong baths this Spring will be a fundraiser for MumsAid - the multi-award winning charity whose home is upstairs at the Centre (also affectionately known as the Mothership). We invite you to pay by donation for this event, anything from £15 upwards. All proceeds will go to MumsAid.
Miriam Donaghy, founder of MumsAid will be there that evening to thank you in person.
MumsAid is a small local charity founded 7 years ago to support new mothers who may be struggling emotionally. They provide free and low cost counselling in venues around the borough, helping with a wide range of difficulties including Postnatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma and bonding problems. They also have YoungMumsAid our specialist service to support teen mums.
On Sunday 17th March, we’ll hold two further gong baths, times below. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’d like a place, we’re limited to a maximum of 15 in each group and the work is becoming very popular!
